The remaining weeks focus on developing leadership, communication, and program delivery skills by observing and assisting our seasonal staff and through formal lessons and activities. The Wranglers will spend half of their time working in our equestrian programs while Apprentices will spend their time learning about our day camp and traditional resident camp programs.
